## Ingredients
- 1 butternut squash
- 2 onions
- 2Tbsp olive oil
- 2tsp dried sage
## Instructions
- Cube the butternut squash.
- Peel the skin with a peeler.
- Cut in half, then scoop out the seeds.
- Cut into cubes.
- Cube the onion.
- Toss the vegetables with olive oil, sage, salt and pepper.
- Roast at 400F for 30 minutes.
