Ingredients
- 1 bok choy
- garlic
- 16oz rice noodles
- For sauce:
- 3/2 Tbsp Gochujang paste
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Cook noodles.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Toss noodles in the sauce.
- Take 2-3 bok choy leaves, trim the greens. Cut the stem into several large parts, chop the greens.
- Sauté the garlic for 30 seconds, then add the stems. Season with salt. Cook until stems soften and slightly brown. Add the leaves and cook until wilted.
