## Ingredients
- 400g of flour (300g all purpose flour, 50g whole wheat flour, 50g gluten)
- 200g sourdough starter
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 150g warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
## Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer. Knead for 5 minutes.
- Bulk rise for 2 hours.
- Knead for 3 more minutes in the stand mixer.
- Split into rolls, rise for 1 more hour.
- Bake at 450F for 20 minutes.
